POOL BTL & BOOOM BTL

Full-time

Jan 2010 - Dec 2014 · 5 yrs

Lima, Peru · On-site

I worked as a Creative Graphic Designer in two advertising agencies, POOL BTL and BOOM BTL, managing both digital and print communications for major commercial brands and service companies. My role involved developing creative proposals and adapting designs according to campaign strategies and brand guidelines.

During the five years I worked with Pool Producciones and Boom BTL, I was involved in a wide range of corporate event campaigns, internal communication initiatives, and brand activations. Among the many projects I contributed to, two stand out for their creative challenges and personal learning value: the Volunteer Activation Campaign for Alicorp and the Employee Engagement Programs for Graña y Montero. These projects allowed me to develop emotionally-driven, brand-consistent visuals while collaborating closely with internal communications and HR teams to strengthen workplace culture and employee participation.
